Children are welcome to participate
(Children up to 3 years old are free of charge if they do not eat)
The workshop is conducted by Katsuno Tofu,
a long-established tofu shop supplying high-end Japanese restaurants
The experience is limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure quality instruction
