Reservations for newly released dates generally become available near the end of each month.

Cancellation & Date Change Policy
As this is a private tour arranged exclusively for one party, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Date changes may be requested up to 7 days prior to the tour date and are limited to one change per booking.
All date changes are subject to the availability of guides, teamLab Borderless admission, and other reserved services. If the requested new date cannot be arranged, the original booking conditions will remain in effect.
